Todays tweaks:

• Added Lynx helicopter as a spawnable transport option (no rockets or guns)
• Added an experimential section to radio for testing various vehicles adjustments
• Testing out a custom texture on a vehicles in this update (if this works further versions may appear)..
• Re-adjusted the AI levels so base level is low with each insurgency getting a random skill bonus.
