Been away over the weekend, minor tweak today is just a new build including some hand signals (Halt, Go, Cover, Attack, Point) . If you want to test these, you need to goto Options > Controls > Custom controls dropdown and setup your own key bindings for User15,User16,User17,User18, User 19, User 20 keys.
The animations are from the ingame system, but unfortunately look a little "goofy" to me.
Tomorrow (Monday) planning to work on custom loadouts and custom backpacks.
I'm away from hom myself, back tomorrow and looking forward to giving this a go!
